Limit of two pets per condominium. Maximum adult weight is 100 pounds. Non-refundable pet fee is $50 per pet. Breed restrictions prohibit the following: Presa Canario, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, any mixed type of these breeds, and feral cats. All you have to do is write a short paragraph on why your pet should win and email the info and a photo of your pet: HERE.
