Radiology
Report
Radiographs provide internal images of your pet to help diagnose conditions that couldn't otherwise be seen. Such conditions could include a blockage or foreign body, broken or fractured bones, constipation, bloated stomach, or bladder stones. Should your pet require x-rays, our doctors are eager to share the images with you and explain their findings.
Surgical
Report
At Moosehead Trail Veterinary Hospital, we perform surgical and dental procedures four days a week, so we can usually schedule your pet within a week or two of when you call. Our most common procedures include but are not limited to: orchidectomy (neuter), ovariohysterectomy (spay), growth or mass removal, foreign body removal, quill removal, and minor orthopedic procedures.
Wellness

It is very important that our furry family members be seen once or twice a year, even if they appear to be healthy. Annual wellness examinations allow a veterinarian to assess your pet's overall health and well-being. At this time any questions and/or concerns that you may have can be discussed with the doctor.
Pharmacy

We have a complete in-house pharmacy to cover all of your pet's needs. Should you need something that we do not carry, we will do our best to find it for you, whether we need to order it in or order it elsewhere. Our online pharmacy makes it even easier to get the medication you pet needs, delivered right to your door.
Laboratory
Report
Our laboratory equipment can provide diagnostic readings to help us understand and treat your pet's condition(s). Our LaserCyte is used for determining red and white blood cell counts, including the breakdown of each. Our catalyst provides chemistry panels, which shows the function of organs such as the liver, kidneys, pancreas and blood glucose.
