I love Premier Dentistry. Dr. Pressley and the staff are great! They provide quality professional services. This office is genuinely caring. I love that both, my son and I are seen by the same dentist. Yes, there are dentist offices everywhere, but none that match the service standard of Premier Dentistry!

Premier Dentistry is a very professional and to the point dentist office. I checked in and was called back almost immediately.
Not to mention I was nervous. They treated me like I had been there all my life. That was very comforting, and helped calm my nerves. Once they discussed what I wanted done. Also what they recommend going forward. They got straight to work. Dr. Pressly and his assistant gave me good medical advise concerning my dental health. Which made me feel and know I was in good hands. Thank you guys! I look forward to coming back.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Brian Presley and his Staff since we moved to Raleigh just over 10 years ago. Having moved around the planet with the military and retired to Raleigh, couldn’t be more happy. He has seen my two older children grow out of the house and my two babies since their infancy with their first teeth arriving!
Now almost 8/10 my boys look forward to their trips to see him and his Staff! They made those horrible trips and experiences for children the best possible outcomes and my children came out smiling! As a parent you don’t like to see a child in pain or suffering

I just called to schedule my son an appointment for the first time and the lady who answered the phone was very matter of fact and could care less if I was able to get an appointment. Instead of telling me the best options to get an appointment this month, she kept saying "After school time slots fill up quick." I told her I would still like to know their first availability for the 3:30 PM time slot and she said the mid/end of November. I told her I would need to call back and she said "Yup!" and hung up the phone. When first-time patience call, there should be a desire to serve them with utmost

This office is the most friendly, professional office I have ever been too! The moment you step into the waiting room, you are greeted by two front desk receptionists who immediately greet you with a smile. You are made to feel welcomed and valued. As well as when you are brought back to get your cleaning done, the hygienists are just as friendly and welcoming! Dr. Pressley is very thorough and explains everything to you! I recommend this office highly! Even if you live far from Wake Forest, its well worth the drive!

Great place. Been going here for years and the nurses and receptionists are all kind and informative. Dr. Presley is kind too. The wait time isn't long from your time of your appointment, nor is the cleaning. The only real waiting is for the doctor to check your teeth for cavities or whatever, and even that isn't that long if a wait. It feels less time consuming also since there are TVs I every room. Plus he's thorough and doesn't claim false cavities like some sly dentists.
