Don't use Jesse Dutra and Waterscapes. He does not operate in good faith. We were advised not to use him and we didn't listen. He over charges and keeps raising the price with hidden costs. After you pay him, he ghosts you. Our pool costs $400,000 and he owes us $1000 back. He refuses to respond. It's pretty pathetic. There are more honest and skilled pool designers on Nantucket.
