We individualize every member and patients exercise program, striving for each individual to reach their highest level of well-being.
Physical therapy is recommended for pre and post-operative total hip replacement and total knee replacement. Other orthopedic problems (rotator cuff tear, herniated disc, carpal tunnel syndrome, ankle fracture, arthritic symptoms) are also treated by a physical therapist.

Her husband, Kevin does all of the insurance billing for Alta Physical Therapy. Alta Physical Therapy & Fitness provides two separate entities. Individuals who want to begin a fitness program and those requiring rehabilitation through physical therapy. A membership to the gym cost $40 a month. There are no initiation fees or contracts to sign.

After an initial evaluation has been completed, an individualized treatment plan will be established. A physical therapy treatment plan may include strengthening, stretching, soft tissue massage, cardiovascular and pulmonary rehab, balance and proprioceptive activities, gait training, ergonomics and postural techniques, and/or use of physical agents such as ultrasound, iontophoresis, electrical stimulation, traction, etc.
