We allow cats and dogs with maximum weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet with one-time deposit of $500. Maximum two pets per unit with breed restrictions applied.

Good and well maintained Community. Very professional staff and had great experience staying here. We love to stay in Ardenwood my daughter loves it..... We enjoyed walking around in the community in the evenings and at night. It's quite safe. Thank you to all the staff for being so good to us and keeping the community working well.

These apartments are right between 2 elementary schools and playgrounds and has lots of families. It is very safe and the management is easygoing and easy to work with. Ive never had problems with neighbors or management and the apartments are really nice. Theres a Costco, Safeway, and good food really close by. Awesome place for families.

It is nice stay for close to 2 years now. So for good experience only. Good neighborhood. Nearby schools, shops, market available. Good nearby kid's park available.

Currently a resident and I was attacked and bit by a dog while taking out my recycling. The children who owned the dog had it on a leash and were playing in the recyling and breaking glass. The leash didn't prevent the dog from lunging at my knee which has resulted in scaring. I called the office repeatedly and sent an email stating that I wanted to speak with management but was never contacted. About two months passed then I was told by an office member that my email was received because everyone in the office heard about it and I was told that it had been resolved. It's not resolved.
