I was in the waiting room when a lady came in with her dog, it was really sick by the look of it. She begged to be seen but they told her they could not fit her in the schedule. On the one hand I do get that, but for one most vets leave some room in their schedule to see emergencies, secondly it was just the way the staff handled the situation. I had noticed to at check in a rather cold attitude, but this was beyond the pale. It was early in the morning and the only emergency clinic in St George did not open until many hours from now. All the doctors and staff are wonderful at ZIon Vet Hospital. I see so many negative reviews about people not caring about their pets, but honestly these kind souls wouldnt be in this profession if they didnt care. They work long hours into ensure our most loved family member is healthy. Like with many animal hospitals in the area, they are seeing an increased demand for their services but I happily drive 20+ minutes knowing my little ones are receiving the best care. Zion Vet is hands down my favorite animal hospital. They provide amazing care, clear instructions and communication, and excellent service! The office is always clean and comfortable with friendly service. Dr. Lucibello is so thorough in every exam and I always leave feeling like they truly care about my pets.

Awesome vet office! We were not established patients of Zion Vet when I showed up Monday at 7:45 am with my pup for an emergency, and they were completely booked due to emergencies and Dental Month. The staff was empathetic to my dog's situation, but honest about schedule constraints. They were able to make room in the schedule to see him that afternoon to ensure there was no trauma. When he wasn't better the next day, they immediately shuffled the schedule again to fit us in for a procedure. Front desk staff: I talked to 3 different ladies during my two visits

A workable relationship completely soured
I've had my share of minor problems with this clinic like them randomly denying prescriptions then claiming they never received an authorization request when the pharmacy was stating to the contrary. But the recent incident takes the cake! One of my dogs needed a minor surgery, an elective procedure, to remove a skin growth. My wife called the clinic to schedule it. They insisted that the procedure be paired with a dental. (There appears a common thread through a lot of the one-star reviews about the practice being more interested in money than animal
