Chatham Animal Hospital
At Chatham Animal Hospital in Cary, NC, we provide the highest quality veterinary care to the pets in our community and strive to educate pet owners about the benefits of consistent veterinary care. Taking your pet to the veterinarian on a regular basis can help them live longer, happier, healthier lives!

Pet Dental Care - Without regular dental cleanings, dogs and cats are prone to bad breath caused by excessive bacterial overgrowth and tartar accumulation. Getting your pet's teeth cleaned regularly not only helps treat bad breath, it also prevents discomfort from infection and tooth loss caused by gingival and periodontal disease.

About Us
Report
Chatham Animal Hospital began in 1983 in downtown Cary as a one doctor one assistant facility at 251 West Chatham Street, the current home of Pretty Paws grooming salon owned and operated by Miss Kim McCampbell. After thoroughly enjoying being a part of Old Downtown Cary for 11 years our practice outgrew the facility necessitating a change.

Pet Wellness Exam
Report
The best way to keep your pet happy and healthy is to bring it to our office for regular pet wellness exams. Like human beings, pets can develop health problems that can only be found with a medical examination. Catching these problems early means that our Cary veterinarian can treat your pet while the disease hasn't progressed, making it easier to cure.
Pet Wellness Exam FAQ
Report
You may understand the reasons for taking your pet to your Cary veterinarian when illness or injury strikes -- but preventative wellness exams are at least as important for ensuring your best friend's well being in the long term. Even so, you may be unfamiliar with this type of veterinary care, especially if you're new to the world of pet ownership.
