Our eclectic menus derive inspiration from the Pacific Northwest, extend throughout the Americas and beyond, creating our globally inspired cuisine. Although Chef Annie grew up in an Italian household and trained professionally in classic French culinary arts, her food is the product of visiting many cultures.
