Initial communication was great. Came out to see my yard. Told me he would get back with an estimate and never heard from him. Sent a reminder text to check in. Brandon responded that he was working on my quote and would email it the next day. Never heard from him. Just disappointed in the professionalism. Everyone is busy but it takes two seconds to respond I dont think we will be able to take on your project. Glad his business his doing so well that he can treat customers like that.

I was very happy with the service I received. The company was highly professional. Its very difficult to find someone as nice as the young man who helped me with my lawn service. He worked so hard and did a beautiful job. He reminded me of a family member. Thats how happy I was with his service. Thank you Stepping Stones Lawns. I will see you in the near future.
