David Daily graduated from Florida A&M Physical Therapy program in 1991. After graduating he took one-year assignment with National Medical Enterprises traveling all across the United States to carious facilities. There he had an opportunity to work with a variety of specialized therapists across the country.
Once done with his assignment he returned to his hometown of Jacksonville where he started to advance his Physical Therapy credentials at the University of Saint Augustine. He acquired the distinguished Manual Therapy Certification, which was directly supervised b Stanley Paris PT, whom is a pioneer in the Manual Therapy realm of Physical Therapy.

Housecall Physical Therapy

Daily Therapy Housecall service is for the individual who either has physical limitations or a schedule that prevents them from being treated at the office. We bring everything required to deliver a complete session and can be any day of the week, any hour of the day. The length of time of each session is dependent on what the client requires (minimum of 60 minutes).
Physical Therapy

Daily Therapy is staffed by licensed physical therapists only. All therapy sessions are 60-90 minutes in length. Every session is hands-on treatment delivering a unique blend of manual therapy techniques to maximize correction of orthopedic dysfunction with the goal of returning the patient to a pain-free functional lifestyle.
Wellness and Prevention Therapy

Wellness and Prevention Therapy is the epitome of body maintenance. Our Prevention Therapy service is unique to Daily Therapy. As the body ages certain areas will get tight or overused. This process can take years to eventually result in a injury or pain. Our Wellness and Prevention Therapy sessions work toward identifying and preventing these type of typical orthopedic and musculoskeletal dysfunctions before it becomes an injury.

Daily Therapy is a fee-for-service clinic and payment is due in full at each session. If you are privately insured, you may send claims to insurance for reimbursement on your own initiative. Please note that Daily Therapy is not a Medicare provider and does not provide covered services to Medicare beneficiaries.
