They did what we thought we needed to do relieve Our Fur Baby of her pain, but lady who collects the payment needs to work on Wording when talking to Fur Babies Family. Example" how would you like DISPOSAL ", I would hate to be her relative, " we have done all we can, so what do you want us to do with your loveone"? "Trash pick up is Wednesdays, dispose of them then"!Doctor did come out and talked to us, 2 stars it served its purpose!

They refused to help a dog hit on side of the road without payment. You people should be ashamed. This place is obviously all about making a dollar.

This place was amazing! They called after our cats surgery to give an update like they said they would, provided her with great care, and even followed up with us a few days after she had come home. No other vet has done that for us or our pets. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable, and we will definitely be taking our pets there in the future.

My 4 year old cat has been vetted at this facility from the time he was a kitten for shots, check ups, etc Thankfully for the most part hes been a healthy cat, but the issue is that both times hes fell ill and needed to be seen they arent available or you have to wait for hours which is not ok when you have a sick animal because prompt treatment could be the difference in life or death! And this is during normal business hours! So twice now Ive had to seek care at a different vet for a sick visit. The staff member that answered the phone when I called was rude and uncaring. Im
