Today I witness poor customer service while I waited with my partner for his pet to be seen. For the manager " owner" of Magnolia animal clinic please be more courteous with to others I can only imagen your bed side manners with animals who cant speak for them self's.
best of luck to management please get help for your self. We will be switching Clinics its only a matter of time we get spoken like a child in front of the whole animal clinic. What an embarrassment like I said GOODLUCK MARY WILLIAMS.

Office manager was extremely rude, apparently they have new staff there training and was annoyed every time the staff would ask her for help, was rude to me when i asked a question. Manager needs better customer service. (response to Owner Manager) no matter what you say i feel you need to learn how to be more professional and learn how to work under stress specially when you have new employees .. this would've been the perfect scenario for training new employees and not be rude to your customers. Poor Management :(

I recently had a bad experience with a vet I thought I could trust to do the best for my fur kids. I decided to try again I needed prescription dog food right now. (My last vet had put my dogs on it a few months ago, and now that I'm leaving I can't even get a copy of his prepscriptions. Nice way to keep your patients... NOT exactly.)
This vet is the exact opposite. She gives you a paper prescription. She even suggested other options to save money on my pet meds. She also diagnosed several things I'm embarrassed to admit I missed. I knew there was a problem and even addressed it with the other
