Great, quiet, safe place to live. Lived there for about three years and Rinda (property manager) was always extremely friendly and on the spot getting maintenance (top notch, btw...) over if there was any issue. Sweet screened in deck out back too. Would live there again for sure. Highly recommended.

The apartments in and of itself are wonderful, can't hear neighbors, close to everything and Rinda is amazing! Everyone we have met here have been a pleasure! If you have any issues or concerns they are willing to work with you! Love it here!

Saddle Creek is a hidden gem among apartments in Kalamazoo. I have lived here for 3 years, and would not consider a different place unless I owned a home. It is quiet, safe, and has direct trail access to Al Sabo & KVCC nearby. Their maintenance is unmatched, often responding to minor issues day of! I have rented all over Kalamazoo since 2013, and Saddle Creek is by far the best place I have lived.

My experience living at Saddle Creek has been nothing less than exceptional! Rinda and the office staff are very friendly, helpful, caring people. I had minimal issues requiring maintenance but when I did put in a request, it was responded to within a day or 2. My dryer suddenly stopped working and within 2 days, the maintenance team had it replaced. The complex is very quiet and I have not had any issue with excessive noise or disturbances. The screened porch and community pool was awesome to have! Saddle Creek has also handled the COVID-19 pandemic well. They recently re-opened their pool with

My roommate and I just signed another lease to continue staying at this great place. The best part is maintenance. If you have any issue, they respond to it super quickly and professionally. They are the best! These apartments are quiet, affordable, safe, and right next to Al Sabo. Can't beat this place.

Saddle Creek has an excellent leasing agent, Rinda and top-notch maintenance team. They're all so friendly, skillful and efficient. When I need something fixed, it gets done fast and correctly! It's a welcoming environment and a great place to live. Highly recommend!

One bedroom on the woods, with screened in porch! I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Plus huge bonus of having my own washer/dryer!
