Located off of highway 185 about 20 miles north of Columbus, GA at 94 McCrary Rd., Fortson, GA 31808. If your appointment is not confirmed we will then attempt to call you 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment to confirm. Failure to confirm after the 48 hour notification will result in your appointment being cancelled and given to another patient.
