I ordered a simple maintenance to my AC and they didn't even replace the air filter. How's that maintenance? Then the guy tells me that he'd drop one off later since he told me he'd replace it anyway. Never returned. Then two days later, my AC starts leaking. I call back and am told, "we're booked up today but can get to ya tomorrow." No thanks dude, I have water coming in my house. I'll figure it out. He then calls back to suggest I replace the air filter. Oh, you mean the one you fools were suppose to bring me?

Had Hicks Brothers install a new air in our carriage house the other day and it looks and works great! My old ac would take several houses to cool down and this new one will cool down in just a couple hours!! Thanks Dwayne, Wes and team!!
