My experience at this property was amazing!!!!! I have enjoyed every minute in which I have lived here. I remember when I first came there looking for a place to live, the property manager greeted me with a warm friendly welcome that sealed the deal for me wanting to lived there. Teresa is a valuable asset to this location because she cares about the residents and also ensures that everything is handled in a timely manner. Hands Down to Markham Oaks. Very exceptional community and it’s home. Lived here for almost 3 years and never wanted to leave but only to upgrade with more rooms. How I wish it was 3 rooms out here and I definitely would have moved across the lot if I needed to!!
If your wanting peace, easy access to a lot and a beautiful place to call home this is it. With all the work management put into making this a great place to live I give them very high kudos!!!!!!
Also great property manager Ms Teresa whom is so sweet making sure everything is taken care of she does it well!!! She works very hard!

This is an exceptional apartment and I am thrilled with the service. I recently submitted a work order and although it was not completed the same day for some very good reasons, the maintenance guy kept me informed and the work was completed by the next business day (Thank-you Mr. Fletcher!). If you are looking for a great place to live that is near EVERYTHING - check this place out! I LOVE IT HERE!!
