Jonathan Phillips is a former Fairfax County prosecutor and experienced trial attorney practicing in all Virginia courts. Mr. Phillips graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology and was an I.T. consultant in both public and private sectors before focusing on the practice of law.
