Peak Training Center is Located in Lakewood CO, We are only 5 minutes from Denver, Golden, Littleton, WheatRidge, and Only 10 minutes from Arvada and Englewood. We are also the closest facility to the mountains having members from Evergreen, Morrison, Conifer, Indian Hills, Idaho Springs that come in daily to workout.

I'd like to tell you the stories of four kinds of kids that I've seen walk through the doors of my Martial Arts academy time and time again. Martial Arts is just as much for girls as it is for boys! Johnny could never sit still in class. His teachers thought he was just a "wild kid". The other students would get distracted by him, and they'd have trouble focusing too.
