We believe in your potential for growth, your ability to change, and your innate desire to heal. Since 1984 I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a degree in Medical Social Work and a certificate in Substance Abuse. My specialties include working with women's issues, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, depression and anxiety, and mindfulness training.

For most of us, the past year has been a year of chaos, change and loss. Everyone experienced some form of loss, but the most universal was the loss of normal connection. We all have experienced anxiety as change became a constant. With all the changes though came new ideas and the chance for growth.
