The only New Jersey based boutique fitness chain to have two dedicated state of the art studios offering an extraordinary variety of classes, with the most incredibly talented group of instructors who have an enormous range of experience and expertise. Each week we have over 60 classes including Spin, HIIT, Heated Yoga, Meditation, TPB and Mat Pilates.

You just get to set your goals, whatever your fitness level, we help you exceed them. Our founding principle was to create a space where everyone would feel welcomed and accepted, regardless of race, faith, gender, fitness level, sexual orientation, age or political ties.

Cycling

Our Classic Ride is 45 minutes of music driven fun and challenge. Our instructors are extensively trained by us to make sure that you will not have a second to wonder what you are supposed to be doing in this spin class. Immerse yourself in an experience full of rhythm, energy and spirit to guide you through and push you beyond where you thought you could go.
Hiit

Our High Intensity Interval Training Class combines bodyweight, resistance band, dumbbell, trx, rowers, ski ergs, kettlebell and many more exercises for a total body strength and cardio workout that never gets boring. We will get your heart rate up and your muscles working during this 50 minute class.
Yoga
Report
You will need a yoga mat for class. We have them for rent at the front desk, but we strongly recommend anyone with a regular yoga practice has their own mat. We have several different types of Manduka mats available for purchase.

Our highly trained Yoga Alliance certified instructors know about all the modifications you might need, so make sure that you share with them any issues you might have and they will help make sure you stay safe and modify your poses accordingly.Barefoot is our recommendation for yoga and we ask that no outdoor shoes ever go inside the yoga studio.
