I am being treated for a dislocated shoulder I suffered from a car accident and Yelena (my PT) is treating it with a measure of care, balancing my needs for flexibility with assisted stretches and adaptable exercises, my need for strength with resistance, and ultrasound therapy, electrostimulation, massage, heat and ice.

All of our therapists are doctors of physical therapy, and have extensive experience in the field. Dr. Jordan Istrin, DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) received his bachelor's in History from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. He then came home to Los Angeles where he followed his passion for helping people and completed his doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University- Northridge.

In order to achieve your rehabilitation goals, we use a variety of Procedures (therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, joint mobilization, soft tissue massage and therapeutic massage), Modalities (heat and cold applications, ultra-sound, cold laser treatment, electrical stimulation, T.E.N.S., traction), and home exercise programs.
