We have been living at Avignon Apartments for about 5 years now and we can't believe what just happen last week. Our apartment got broken into thru the MAIN DOOR. We believe this happen between 5-8pm on Thursday and it just happened to be that none of our neighbors was at home. Nobody saw anything and there are no security cameras on the side that we live. It's terrifying to know that we are not safe anymore being the fact that this is a GATED community, and that the walls are thin enough to hear our neighbors TV. I can't believe nobody heard anything. Ive lived here for 12 years. Even before it was remodeled so I know the ups and downs. Ive loved living here even at its worst. Just recently in past 2 years Ive been having to make multiple noise complaints, emails with videos of the noise and Ive even had to call the cops. Im not sure why nothing has been done but I really need it to get resolved. I love living here and to the point where Im considering moving. I have a newborn and shes constantly getting woken up by how loud these people are. Theres a HIGE difference between upstairs noise and stomping purposely. Please

Matt and Ramon have made living here so relaxing and a great experience. We absolutely love the apartment complex it's clean, homey, quiet, and friendly. One of my mean reasons for choosing Avignon Apartments was how respectful Matt the manager was he made us feel like home and had a the most welcoming smile. His great customer service made searching for the right apartment quick and easy. We applied the next day. We love and enjoy living here. Writing to update our experience at Avignon, where we have been now for almost 4 years. We decided to switch to a bigger unit during the pandemic, assuming it would be up to par with our current one. We were shocked to find that the unit had outdated furnishings, burn stains, and uneven floor boards. Management was on vacation when we were supposed to move in and we were stuck. Ramon, the service manager on-site, saved the day and advocated on our behalf with upper management. He made a series of major repairs within a week! Without Ramon and his diligence, we would not be living here at Avignon
