Terrible place to go in my opinion. I went there about two weeks ago with some chest congestion and a cough. Im not sure the doctors name but she didnt listen to anything I said that was wrong. First off they sent me to my car and then called me which I dont understand how you diagnose somebody like that. Anyways the doctor proceeded to tell me I had symptoms I didnt have and ignored what was actually wrong. So here I am still dealing with the same problems I was having when I went In there. I dont recommend this place at all.

Truly unbelievable! I waited 3 hours on a phone call for no one to pick up! As always it takes forever if they do pickup. I'm trying to get a refill prescription sent to my pharmacy. I will not come here again, I'm disappointed in their customer service.

It does take a while to get in touch with anyone, but when I did, no appointment was needed for immunizations. The nurse who did my daughter's was great and so kind. The wait wasn't too long. I was in and out of the clinic.

I tried to call to make an appointment but the wait time was long so I picked the call back option. My phone rang and I went to answer it and they hung up right when I answered. I remember this place now and I had switched immediately when my son was assigned here. Horrible service!!

Ive been on hold with this doctors office for a literal HOUR. Tried to do the call back option instead & they NEVER called me back! It shouldnt be such a hassle just to make an appointment for my child. My other child has Kaiser and they would NEVER, they ALWAYS get back to me within a decent time frame. Not to mention that the nurses who do blood draws dont even know what theyre doing, last time we were there they had to switch arms bc they couldnt find a vein yet they put the needle in anyways. Seriously unprofessional & now im in the process of getting my kid a new health care

I take back my positive review...this place is a nightmare. They forgot to send off my son's blood samples. the blood samples went bad and they want more now...what a joke. If they can't simple hand over blood samples to lab I don't trust them with anything else. if you can just avoid this place...also look around on the floor when you get there...there will be roaches.

Great experience : I was able to get an appointment the same day. I spoke to the Dr. He really listen as I gave him a brief history. I needed blood work that day the lab was busy. They made an appointment for me the next day at a local clinic. Everything went smooth...thank you for the great care.
