We didn't become Denver's best physical therapists overnight. We became specialists by quickly realizing one thing: our patients are all unique individuals-and so are their injuries, their pain, their rehabilitation, and their healing. It wasn't just the symptoms that needed to be addressed; it was identifying the specific tissue that was painful and the cause of that pain.
So we address the whole body from head to toe, carefully evaluating your movements, flexibility, strength and stability. These are the tools by which we can help make you stable, better able to heal, and strong enough to protect your health in the future. We do what most don't.

We know that finding a new health provider can be a little off-putting and we want to make your first visit with us a pleasure. Those 9 long months are over and now you have your little bundle of joy. Pregnancy was tough on your back. Now that your center of gravity has readjusted you'd think that backaches would be a thing of the past.

What does that mean? To us, it means that each of our patients receive consistent and collaborative care. Every patient who walks through our door feels the collective passion, expertise, professionalism and commitment from every member on our entire team. To this we bring our unique combination of both manual therapy and "patient specific" exercise programs creating a treatment protocol that sets our delivery of care apart.

We know that there is nothing more healing than manual hands-on physical therapy to help with pain. Our physical therapists are caring, kind and educated as to how to best us hands-on techniques to help our patients heal. Trigger Point Dry Needling involves using small dry needles at a trigger point to help loosen muscles, alleviate muscle banding and pain and increase blood flow.
Massage
Report
Most of our patients will tell you that getting a massage during therapy is a great thing. Why wouldn't it be? Massage is relaxing and makes you feel better. But it's even more beneficial for physical therapy patients. We know that to be true. Physical Therapists don't use massage just because it feels so good, but because it is critical when addressing tight and dysfunctional muscles.
Mobility and Strength
Report
What we know for sure is that as we age, physical function declines. The reason? Loss of muscle strength. In fact, each decade after 50, we can lose as much as 15% of our muscle strength and as much as 30% per decade after the age of 70.
But, research funded by the National Institute on Aging published in The New England Journal of Medicine provides additional evidence that physical therapy can reduce and even prevent the functional decline of frail elderly individuals who receive a program designed to improve their balance, strength, and movement.
