A: Canceling our services is easy. Simply let us know 60 days in advance that you wish to cancel our services. Upon notification, we will provide you, or your new Property Management company, with all of the information that we have. We do not charge a termination fee. A: We offer various promotions throughout the year.

Our rental process makes applying, viewing and renting a property from LEO Prime Properties a breeze. Security deposit is 100% refundable and will be refunded within 30 after move out, per the law and your lease. A: Yes and no. Some owners allow pets and others don't. If you are just applying, provide this information in the application.

Each applicant applying must qualify solely and individually in regards to the following: credit, criminal and rental history. Income verification as stated below will be considered as a household. Application Fee is $65/per adult (anyone over 18 must apply) application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. All applications are subject to approval by the owner and may be denied by the owner of the property for any reason.
