Mike Wright is a licensed Washington State Home Inspector (#532) and a licensed Structural Pest Inspector (#70748). He has more than sixteen years experience as a home inspector, has trained and resourced other licensed inspectors, and is certified by the AHIT (American Home Inspector Training). He is regularly involved in continuing education.

The rate schedule is simple. It is based on the size (square footage) of your home whether it be a traditional, mobile, manufactured, or town home. The standard home inspection includes a structural pest inspection with a wood-destroying organism diagram. An electronic version of your report is created and emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection.
