My main complaint is the misleading/lying office manager, and their mishandling of billing and insurance. When we first inquired about a visit, the manager said "most people with the same employer/dental insurance like yours will receive a full reimbursement that fully covers your cost for general dental cleaning, if not, we will deal with the insurance." Such assurance led us to choose them and paid over $330 for a general cleaning UPFRONT per their cash payment requirement. The office manager reassured the patient at checkout that if there was any problem with the insurance, they will take care

This is the first dentist Ive ever been to that looks at my overall health and well being as a whole person rather than just my teeth. Ive never felt so cared for before in this way. They are as good as it gets when it comes to preventative, whole health care. Love them and their standards/ values!!
