CitiScape Property Management Group is a full-service, community management company offering proactive and professional management services in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. We are an Accredited Community Management Business (ACMB) through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).

CitiScape is the leader in the San Francisco community management industry, blending vast experience with unmatched resource to support the management of its homeowner association clients. We currently employ a staff of Community Managers, Administrative Assistants, Accounting Personnel and Project Managers, all of which enjoy full-time permanent positions.

CitiScape Property Management Group serves the common interest development and real estate industry with the simple purpose of providing competent, professional, flexible, and proactive property management to a limited number of clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. At CitiScape Property Management Group, we are certified condominium management professionals who are passionate about what we do.

CitiScape Property Management Group was co-founded by Kevin Wiley and Edward Dale in 1999. Wayne Lee, Nick Berg, Paul Mora and Robin Romo became partners in 2013. Combined, the partners have over 100 years of experience in managing homeowners associations. The principals leverage this experience to help homeowner association boards achieve their goals for the communities they lead.

Francisco Village is a community-based membership organization that empowers adults to live in their own homes as they age. A special partnership with CitiScape provides discountedmembership to San Francisco Village for all CitiScape residents, and provides expert aging-services training and technical assistance to all CitiScape staff.
