I just wanted to thank you for the support you and your company have provided already. In the past year, with my other PM, I didnt get updated on major items which caused me a lot of stress. However now I get regular updates and statements monthly.

The lady pearl is horrible with service. She makes a lot of promises that she doesnt keep. One moment she is pretending to have your best interest at heart and then she flipped the script and is disrespectful. How are these people in business??? I had a issue with my kitchen sink leaking and they never responded to my work order. I had to fix it myself.
