We've been going to Dr. Giordano for about 30 years. The whole office staff is always very welcoming and professional. The discussions on the suggested solutions and care of a particular dental issue have always been extremely informative and made sense to follow. Dr. Giordano and her staff have always answered our questions and listened to concerns with clear and explicit answers.

The front desk person was pleasant but my experience with the dental hygienist Kaitlyn was unprofessional. Not only did she give a false dental assessment about gum inflammation which I certainly do not have, she was also rude on her remarks. My experience with Dr. Krausz was a disappointment, while she did confirm that there was NOT a gum inflammation, she did a poor job giving patient education. She was thorough yet inconsistent with her description on what she wanted to do to fix a chipped filling! Overall, I felt discriminated by these licensed professionals!

The front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Suzanne the assistant is the best and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. Kaitlyn the hygienist is gentle and knowledgeable in her field. Dr. G is wonderful! She has decreased my migraines with the use of a customized mouth guard worn at night.
