We got 3 quotes from local companies for a new furnace & zone system. Dixon had the best price and Noah was professional and seemed honest/ straightforward/ not salesy. The office was always quick & professional in their communications.

They were very prompt and were able to come the same day I called. He was very friendly and professional and worked efficiently, fixed my AC quickly on a very hot August day! I would certainly recommend them and will use their services again.

My A/C died on a weekend when it was extremely hot and humid and It was 90 degrees inside. I called Dixon Monday morning and was promised a serviceman by late morning. He showed up before noon and had it up and running cool very quickly. I needed a replacement part and he came back 2 days later to finish the job. I was extremely happy with the promptness and the service job.
