In 2015, I suffered significant injuries as a result of a motorcycle accident in which I was not at fault. At the recommendation of a friend of mine who is a retired attorney, I reached out to the Law Offices of Lamkin, Van Eman, Trimble & Doughterty. Tim Van Eman agreed to accept me as a client, and I cannot how overstate how fortunate I was to have him representing me. The nature of my case was very complicated for a number of reasons, and the defendant in the case was literally living across the country. I was referred to Mr. Van Eman from my grandfather, and let me say I was NOT disappointed. Mr. Van Eman really worked hard for me and my case. While my treatment took a little over 2 years he did everything he could and was able to settle my case as quickly as possible and for way more than I would have ever expected. If you need an atorney, the decision is an easy one. Stop looking for an attorney...pick up the phone and/or email Tim Van Eman. Tim did a great job representing me and negotiating a settlement after I was involved in a very serious auto accident. In addition to be knowledgeable and professional, Tim spoke in plain English and went out of his way… in getting to know me and my circumstances.
