Kids Karate Classes
Our Tiny Eagles (ages 4-6) and Young Eagles (ages 6+) programs develop fundamental karate skills while teaching respect, discipline, and focus. Age-specific instruction combines physical training with character development through structured lessons and belt advancement systems. Students build confidence through measurable progress in forms, sparring, and self-defense techniques while making friends in a supportive environment.
Black Belt Club
BBC1 (Orange-Green Belt) and BBC2 (Purple-Black Belt) classes refine technical proficiency in kata, kumite, and kobudo. Students develop tournament skills while maintaining humility through competitive training. Advanced students receive specialized instruction in ground defense and weapons training as they progress toward black belt certification.
Adult Karate Classes
Designed for ages 13+, our adult/teen classes combine physical fitness with practical self-defense training. Mountain Eagle Karate Academy is an incredible Dojo! I love the way they teach their students self discipline, respect, and mind/body control through life skills and teach karate skills in a way even the youngest kids can get involved! It is a structured environment and I love watching my daughter grow in both her life skills and her karate skills! She absolutely loves it! Thank you MEKA!

My daughter has been enrolled for over a year now. Sensei Anna her husband Mark exceed expectations. They help your child develop self confidence and focus in a family atmosphere that is both rewarding and fun. The students have created a positive environment that demonstrates leadership and support. Highly recommended.

My daughter and my son go to Mountain Eagle Karate Academy for couple months. My kids love to go to classes. Sensei Anna and Renshei Mark, they are remarkable people.My kids classes mostly with Sensei Anna so they learn a lot from her. Kids learn a lot in this academy like; respect each other, good manners, self-discipline... We are like a family in there. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

We love MEKA! They have helped build our son into a respectful, confident, disciplined and dedicated young man.
