I want to say that The Village at South Coast gets a "10" straight across the board from me! The Village at South Coast is a convenient, cozy apartment complex located near the Costa Mesa/Santa Ana border, between the 405, 55 and 73 highways and near the John Wayne International Airport. You'd expect there to be a lot of noise, but there's not.
