I was working with a different hvac company initially because they installed our mini-splits. But I found them to be rather rude, never on time, and uncommunicative. Plus, they replaced a part and said it probably wasn’t going to work. WTH!? Enter East Coast. From the very first phone call, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer… service and friendliness. And the techs arrived on time! They cleaned up after themselves!
