Just had my second service from RA Hoy. This visit was a separate issue from the first service call. Both times, I was impressed with the initial responsiveness of the company and of the work done. Especially this second service call; the technician was troubleshooting the problem and said he was 90% sure my heat pump was shot and would need replacement, but that he had to check one more thing to be completely sure. Turned out, that "one more thing" was the root cause of the problem and my heat pump was up and running again after a minor fix. I am grateful that the technician was

I contacted R. A. Hoy to have the AC unit replaced in our house. Got in touch with their sales person Dave Butler. Dave took care of me right away, he sent me the price and agreement via email. The unit was installed the next Saturday. He was very accommodating for the installation date as it only could be done for us during the renters change over time. It worked out perfectly. The job was professionally done, the technicians were also very professional and easy to work with. It was a seamless experience of having the new AC unit put in, thanks to Dave and his team at R. A. Hoy. I highly recommend
