Work and notoriety grew rapidly for JAMA through the fifties and sixties setting the precedent for steel, long span truss, and concrete tower structures as a hallmark of JAMA's extensive capabilities. Projects expanded throughout the United States and abroad in aviation, hospitality, convention centers, education, civic, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors.

Comprised of six Partner-level engineers, JAMA's Leadership Group ensures the firm delivers on its core values of design excellence and the highest levels of customer service. The group was established and mentored over the course of several years by Senior Partner John A. "Trailer" Martin, Jr. as part of the office's management evolution.
Our most valuable asset is our staff. When John A. "Jack" Martin founded the firm in 1953 he selected and nurtured a team of individuals that were dedicated to engineering and committed to their clients but who recognized that their collective strengths were greater than their individual talents.

One of JAMA's longest-standing relationships has been with the ACE Mentor Program of America, an organization focused on increasing awareness of high school students to career opportunities in architecture, construction and engineering.
