Commercial Roof Inspections
Our detailed commercial roof inspections identify vulnerabilities before emergencies occur. Using advanced diagnostic techniques, we provide geo-tagged documentation, corrective action plans, and roof grading to estimate lifespan. With 4+ hour assessments (often multi-day for large facilities), we offer the most thorough evaluations in the industry. Our reports include deficiency lists, photos, and budget recommendations to maximize warranty value and prevent costly surprises.
Roof Guardian Program
This proactive maintenance program transforms roofs from liabilities into assets. Features include twice-yearly inspections, immediate minor repairs, debris removal, and priority scheduling. Our 100% tie-off safety protocol ensures worker protection while extending roof life by 30-100% compared to reactive maintenance. The program includes warranty gap protection and fixed-cost budgeting to eliminate unexpected expenses while maintaining continuous coverage.
Commercial Roof Repairs
We address commercial roof failures with rapid response (within hours) and precision repairs. Our process includes comprehensive damage assessment using advanced diagnostics, solution design tailored to roof type and budget, and quality execution with premium materials. We specialize in solving common issues like ponding water, storm damage, flashing failures, and age-related deterioration. All repairs include warranties and performance verification to prevent recurring problems.
Commercial Roof Replacement
Our replacement services minimize business disruption while delivering decades of protection. We install high-performance systems including TPO, EPDM, Duro-Last, and metal roofing. Certified crews use proven techniques with comprehensive quality control. Strategic planning coordinates with client operations for phased installation, after-hours work, and seasonal timing. New systems offer 15-30% energy savings and property value enhancement through modern, energy-efficient materials.
Industrial Roofing
Specialized solutions for manufacturing environments withstand temperature fluctuations, chemical exposure, and equipment vibration. We provide thermally-stable systems with reinforced installations and contamination-resistant membranes. Our production-focused approach includes sectional installation, after-hours execution, and quality control inspections. Systems meet FDA compliance for food production and controlled environments for pharmaceutical facilities while maintaining 24/7 operational continuity.

Moser Roofing did an excellent job installing a new Duro-last roof system over our existing roof at the Elizabethtown Fire Department in 2015. We have had no major issues since the roof was installed. Minimal warranty work has been quickly taken care of over the past 6 years. Their team was very professional and got the job completed on schedule and for the original budgeted cost. I would highly recommend Moser Roofing for commercial roofing projects in the future.

AEI Capital Corporation has used Moser Roofing for a preventative maintenance program for a number of years and had nothing but positive experiences with them. They inspect the roof twice a year to ensure the roofing system is intact, properly sealed and free from organic and other debris that may affect the weather tightness of the system. They ensure the gutters are clear, provide feedback on damage caused by other trades who were on the roof, they report on the condition of the exterior building envelope sealant and also the storm systems. We are happy to have Moser Roofing as one of our partners

I own a 7000 square foot building in Allentown Pa, which houses a dental office and I had the the roof maintained and repair for several years (25) by a local company, over the past year it started to fail and I knew it was time to replace with a new roof , I selected Moser Roofing Solutions for several different reasons. They first inspected the roof and gave me estimates for repair and or replacement and after two other companies estimates I decided to go with MRS to replace due to the professional nature of the contract ,the fair price and general impression of the the product (Duro-last ) and

From the first introduction to the final roof inspection after repairs and replacement, the experience with Moser Roofing has been truly outstanding! Its obvious when speaking with any of their staff members that customer service and product knowledge is what drives their company and success. A huge shout out to Steve and Derek specifically! The amount of time Steve spent with me reviewing the project defiantly factored into our decision to use Moser Roofing. Once the project started, Derek was in constant communication with me every step of the way. With the amount of employees we have, Dereks

Feith Systems and Software, Inc. have had problems with the existing roof which was 22 years old. I've spend many day trying to find and patch leaks. After scheduling an appointment with Moser Roofing their rep came out to our location in Fort Washington Pa. took core samples of our roof and gave us advise on the best scenario moving forward . Looked over samples of the Duro-Last materials. We chose the best material for our project. Moser's crew came out and from tearing down of the old roof to applying new materials their crew did a great job. Very professional, from start to finish. From setting

Working with Josh and the guys at Moser Roofing has been a great experience. They always kept me up to date on the project and all work was done in a timely manner. It went so well that I decided to use them on another property with a different style of roofing material.
