Called them twice to schedule an appointment and talked to two very nice ladies. Each time, both took my information down, but could never schedule an appointment. The technician had to get in touch with me to schedule it. Never received a call back after 7-10 days. When I called the second time, the lady didnt have any info on file and asked for it again. Gave me the same runaround; the technician is out on calls and will call you to schedule. Again, never received a call back. It could be a matter of forgetfulness, but theres a clear break in their process. Its also okay

Bill did an excellent job, I was so pleased that he was able to come on a short time notice to fix the heater during this freezing cold weather. Great response time, fair and honest prices and did not try to up sell or charge for anything unnecessary. Ill definitely be calling him again for all heating and a/c needs.

After I was told my heating and AC unit need to be replaced at the cost of $18,000. I called Bill at Select and he checked out the unit and made some fine adjustments and told me my unit was good. Always pays to get a second opinion. I will use Bill again. Fair and Honest.

My heater was not turning on. Called Bill and he came out at a time that was convenient for me. Checked the system and after a simple cleaning, had us up and running and warm in no time! Will definitely call him again for future service and preventative maintenance on our system.
