Steve is a graduate of Washburn University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2011. Steve earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2014 and is licensed to practice in Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Steve is the Alta Vista, Kansas Municipal Court Judge and a Rural Water District No. 1 board member.
