A home inspection is a visual inspection of the home. This includes all major systems, structural components, and interior components at the time of the inspection. A sample report is available upon request. Our goal is to provide the buyer with all applicable information about the condition of the home prior to purchase.

A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the main waste clean out near the foundation and connecting to the city main line. Sewer-scoping the line can reveal blockages, roots, damage to the pipe system, and other problems, which are vital for homeowners and home buyers to be aware of.
