When my parents moved to Madisonville, OH they brought with them a passion for customer service that helped them make a name for ourselves in the local auto repair industry. Now that the family business has been entrusted to my care, it's my goal to continue my father's mission of always providing our customers with the personalized service they depend on us for.

Overbeck Auto Services started with a dream and a plan. Vietnam in 1971, ready to start his own auto repair business with a better idea. Experienced as an auto dealership line mechanic, Steve knew he had to find a way to provide better, more personalized service. And he did. With his wife, Ann, as his partner, their first shop was in Oakley.

At Overbeck Auto Services and Cincinnati Hybrid, we have never liked the term "oil change." Our industry has cheapened the value of an oil change to get you in the door with a low-cost offer, only to use that as an attempt to upsell you other services. An oil change should go beyond simply draining the old dirty oil, changing the filter, and filling the engine with fresh oil.
