Kickboxing
This hybrid kickboxing program combines Dutch and Muay Thai techniques for practical combat application. Classes focus on perfecting strikes, footwork, and defensive maneuvers through partner drills. No Gi Grappling teaches ground fighting techniques without traditional uniforms, emphasizing speed and dynamic movement. Students practice takedowns, submissions, and transitions in controlled partner drills. This essential MMA component develops close-quarters combat skills applicable to both sport competition and real-world self-defense situations.

*Update* New location is awesome and way better for parking. Fight Academy strikes a perfect balance between family-friendly accessibility, and high level competitive training. As a professional fighter myself, I'm always impressed with the staff and the fighters I'm training alongside. Everyone at the gym understands the concept of taking care of your teammates, which means if you're new the more experienced people won't be trying to destroy you which is an issue that the majority of MMA gyms have unfortunately. If you're just starting out, a seasoned fighter, looking to get in shape ect. Fight
