We figure since we are already there inspecting your home there should be no extra charge for inspecting ALL areas of the home.

When purchasing a new home you expect it to be perfect, no defects and nothing to replace because it has never been lived in. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. We don't want you to be one of the many home buyers that have purchased a brand new home only to find out that the plumbing leaks, the electricity was not wired correctly or worse the roofing was not put on properly and is subject to massive leaking.

We can use the pre-contracted agreement that you received at the beginning of the building process to make sure the work has been done correctly and with excellence.
