They listened to my complaint and exactly what was occurring and took the time to investigate from there and not discount my limited knowledge on HVAC. Will definitely continue to use.

This is the second time I've had them out in two (2) years to maintenance and check up on my system due to a couple of issues. Justin (the owner) came right over and fixed us right up. They've done lots of work for us, new furnace and some AC repair. Had an issue with our new furnace and they were johny on the spot with taking care of any problem no matter how small. In fact, Redeemed is going to help us fix a few more issues that we have. These guys always do their very best to do right by their customers. They're our HVAC guys.

Ok so after contacting my warranty company to have someone come out and service my washing machine and my dishwasher for unknown problems, they decided to send Redeemed. After the first visit, they ordered parts for both items and told us 6 to 10 business days until they would be in. Then on the second visit, they sent some guy who had no idea what he was doing; he put new parts on the dishwasher and put a new seal on the washer to fix a leak and then told me he was done and left, without checking his work or testing anything. I then discovered a leak in the dishwasher which would have caused bad

During the summer this company installed a completely new HVAC system including new duct work. They did need to come out a couple of times to adjust the air flow in some rooms at my request. They did a good job and encouraged me to call again if I needed further adjustments. When we had cold weather I turned the thermostat to heat but it didnt come on. Today it was discovered my old thermostat was faulty so he installed a new one. Hopefully everything will run smoothly now.
