This multi-level fitness class integrates segments of strength, aerobics, and core conditioning. A mix of Latin and international music and dance moves that create a fun and exhilirating workout! Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music, incorporating hip hop, salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton.
