Dr. Colin Kurtz has been serving chiropractic patients for the past 19 years. Dr. Kurtz has been Wilsons' first choice as far as a chiropractic physician since 1994. Doctor Kurtz is licensed with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Sunnyvale California. Dr. Kurtz is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Shakita is more than likely the first face you will see when you walk into our office. She is from Elm City NC born and raised and a graduate of Fike High School. She studied at Nash Community and LibertyUniversity. She has been a part of our office for 4 + years. Shakita specializes in patient care, personal injury cases, and our office software systems.
