Dr. Mica Riley is the best PT I have ever worked with. She was patient and had a clear understanding of what was the cause of my leg and back pain. She also listened to me as a patient and that is not always the case with other doctors I have seen over the years. Highly recommend her and MoveMend, all the staff is great.

After exploring treatment options for lower back pain, my physician recommended I work with Mica at MoveMend. My experience with Mica and MoveMend has been nothing short of fantastic. My lower back pain has significantly improved. Mica's approach was holistic and focused on my overall strength and conditioning, which ended up being an approach that worked well for me. I appreciated her competence and confidence in treating me, her encouragement of my role in at-home exercise, paired with understanding and no guilt when I wasn't as diligent as I needed to be. The facilities are excellent -- clean

In mid-April 2021, I went to see Sam Watkins for pre-op PT for shoulder surgery. I had just had a very painful flare up from calcific tendonitis as well as the beginnings of frozen shoulder due to the calcific tendonitis. My mobility was extremely limited (getting dressed was a challenge), but after about six-eight weeks my mobility was back, and I had decided to hold off on the surgery. I am able to again do the things I love and I feel like my shoulder is stronger and more flexible than it has been in a long time. I appreciate how Sam makes an effort to explain the how and why behind the regimen

I cannot say enough about MoveMend. The moment I walked through that door, I felt like I was seen and heard as a person (as opposed to the surgeons who were more focused with a body part). My recovery and ability to regain function and quality of life was their utmost priority. Aaron is a well-known OT pioneer who gives lectures around the country, and his mentee Erin is just as excellent. I felt listened to, cared for, and also had a great many laughs. Their model of marrying OT/PT with personal training for recovery is genius. They are very open to feedback and have a small, close knit practice

My time at Movemend was a solid investment in my health, as it was a great space for me to train and grow. . Dr. Sam Watkins (PT) helped me better manage my symptoms, supporting me towards steady gains in strength and mobility. After working with multiple healthcare providers over the years, Sam stood out in that he was better able to help me overcome hurdles via his diagnostic assessments, individualized treatment plans, and strength training prescriptions. Through his coaching, I learned how to better challenge myself, while listening to and respecting the signals my body was giving me. Sam was
