This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. I am only dealing with this company because my home warranty uses them. I created a service order over two months ago, finally after a month they was able to come to my house. They took my hundred dollar deposit and said they must order parts. It has now been over three weeks and they will not answer the phone or return my phone calls. I can't believe these people would consider their self a professional company!
